Craig grew up on building sites, his family having completed several self-build projects throughout his formative years. This sparked his interest in the profession.
He studied at Manchester Metropolitan University (1989-1993) and the Mackintosh School of Art (1994-1996). Before joining Henley Halebrown in 1997, Craig had worked in Glasgow, London and Hong Kong. He was made an Associate in 2000.
Craig has experience in a number of different sectors including healthcare, residential, commercial and education. The projects that he has completed at Henley Halebrown have all benefited from knowledge learnt from this breadth of building types.The articulation of building typology in plan and in the way the practice presents its work is very particular to Henley Halebrown. As part of his role as an Associate, Craig oversees the office’s output of drawn information including the use and development of CAD systems.
